Excel - Insert, Rename or Delete a Worksheet

In Excel,

To insert a new worksheet right click on the existing worksheet and select insert as show in the below image.
In the same pop up itself you can select Delete, Copy or Rename.

Once you select Insert , a new tiny window will appear as shown in the below image. In the new window select as per your need.
