Google Earth is an application software which is used to view the erath in imagery, maps and 3d buildings. And we can find cities, local buisiness.
It is a desktop application and also can be embedded with websites.
It can be downloaded from http://www.google.com/earth/index.html . But it is similar to Google Maps except 3d view.
