First you need to open a web browser. After that browse for www.google.com. Then you can see link like igoogle at the left bottom of the google page. You have to click on that. Now it will ask for your own customized theme, location and intrest.
After you entered the details you will get a new igoogle page. You can make that page as your homepage or create a bookmark and access whenever you wanted. Otherwise you can directly access the page by clicking http://www.google.co.in/ig?hl=en#.
